Founder & MD, Mark Howard


With over 20 years of experience across property investment, development and funds management, Mark has proven experience, wide-ranging skills and targeted qualifications.

Prior to establishing Propel, Mark spent 7 years at Heathley Limited where he held the role of Investment Director, and was responsible for both capital raising and deal sourcing.  While at Heathley, Mark was instrumental in growing its funds under management from ~$200m to over $750m, enabling its sale to ASX listed investment manager, Centuria Capital Group.  Over this time, Mark was involved in more than 50 successful property transactions, ranging from leased commercial assets, value add opportunities to development projects.     

Earlier in his career, Mark was a certified practicing property valuer where he established a foundation in investment analysis – specialising in the valuation of commercial real estate and development sites, and holding roles in national firms in both Australia and the UK.

In 2017, Mark co-founded a construction technology company, Veyor Digital.  The company has since grown to a global leader in the provision of logistics management software in the construction industry, with operations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and North America.
